Since we value all of our customers. We have decided to provide FREE SHIPPING nationwide (within Philippines only). Our trusted partner, LBC or J&T Express will deliver your item with extra care.

From time to time, we also offer promotions where we give items for FREE to our loyal customers but they need to pay for the shipping fee.

ūüí°When do I get my order?

Orders are being processed and able to receive 3-5 business days for Metro Manila and 5-7 business days for Provincial area.
**There are instances where the shipping time takes more than we stated, this is because of some reasons:
* Incomplete address
* Unreachable mobile number
* Area not covered via COD or Area is considered as remote area
Always make sure to complete your Address to ensure a successful delivery. You may also have an option to PICK UP your order on the nearest LBC branch, just let us know what branch you wanna get your order before checking out your order.

GOT IT DELIVERED is an online store and currently do not have a physical store.

ūüí°How do I change or cancel my order?

We regret to inform you that cancelling an order is not possible once the order is confirmed after checkout. 

ūüí°What shall I do if I received a damaged item?

We highly advised to take a video or photo of your item while opening the package and the damaged itself and send us to or send us a message on our Facebook page as a proof. 
NOTE: This is subject for approval, we will replace your item once we confirm that the damaged happened on our end, not with you or with the courier. 

ūüí°I ordered 2 or more items, but I only received 1 or incomplete item. Where is the rest of my order?

We have a large assortment of products, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way!
